ReleasePoint
ReleasePoint was in need of a brand refresh and a new website. Our team visited their home office outside of Los Angeles, where we conducted an all-day brand workshop to inform messaging framework and visual language. We came out of the trip with a new brand narrative, which would link directly to our proposed design direction. One of our overarching themes was the need for a more human-centric approach.
We began by exploring several different visual languages, which retained the core identity but enhanced the overall design through secondary color, typography, photo treatments, iconography and infographic elements. Without taking away from their brand equity, we were able to elevate the look and feel. We built upon their existing structure, retaining their identifiable look and playful vibe, yet giving the site a heavy dose of personality and a dash of sophistication. We created further visual interest by animating infographic elements, cutting out and layering imagery, and integrating video.
